Kind of pricey, and feels a bit abandoned since there is no dedicated staff on site. Having said that, this is great place to live and the staff (not dedicated) are generally great. My faucet was just replaced by Javier (maintenance) who's great! Very personable, efficient and cleaned everything up nicely before leaving.
