Rhea and Crystal make sure they greet you by name when they see you in the community and in the leasing office. They also make sure they are very accommodating but aren't pushy. Community stays clean and neighbors are friendly.

Living there was a nice experience. Very peaceful to live in a safe area without worrying about the safety of self, others & your belongings. Ana & staff made sure that if anything was needed, they will get on it as soon as possible. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for their new home!

The leasing consultant Krystal was extremely helpful in the entire process. The two bedroom apartments are very nice. The community is small and well kept. All of our questions and concerns were answered. We felt that Krystal was geniunie with us and after many years of renting we are happy to not have someone trying to “sell” us. Thank you for your professionalism and great customer service

Was a great apartment. Always clean, never saw any bugs/vermin, no issues with noise, friendly staff. While the doors are secured, I was never worried about my safety. The area around the apartment can look a bit rough, but this place is a gem.

I’ve lived here for close to 8 years! Yep that’s right, 8 years. So I guess you know I’m pleased. Been through a couple of management changes but everything is good. Lovely buildings, great maintenance and housekeeping. Ana and Malik are very responsive. I’d like to be on the ground floor now that I’m semi disabled but not sure how that would be done. Very satisfied. (Wish there was a pool) lol

I have no complaints. I have been living here for approximately 3 months now with my S/O. We had three minor problems — (1) a disconnected dryer unit’s exhaust line, (2) a damaged/broken window blind and (3) a leaking faucet — that were all resolved in a timely manner within consideration. Recently, our elevator floor button was missing/damaged. This was resolved within 24 hours. Our unit has its own hot and cold AC with thermostat. I have not seen any rodents or pests. The parking lot does appear to be at capacity, but I have not had any troubles. Commute via bus is very difficult or tricky. The three closest bus lines (that I am aware of) — C8, R1 & R2 — seems to operate on a 30 minute frequency and generally stops running 11/11:30 PM. The K6 operates on a 15 minute schedule and has the latest cut-off time. However, it’s a good 7-10 minute walk. I have not had any issues receiving mail or packages. Carriers (Amazon, UPS, and FedEx) will either leave packages at our front door or in the lobby.
