I've lived here for the past 5-6 years and don't regret it. The location is very convenient being nearby Pentagon City and Crystal City. As someone who does not yet own a car, there is also a Metro bus stop right across the street with routes to the Pentagon via Pentagon City and Crystal City. There are also several bike trails (Mount Vernon and Four Mile Run) that are also just across the street. A Giant grocery store is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment, which just adds to the convenience. The apartments themselves are recently remodeled, with newly installed washer/dryer units. Maintenance requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner. And the leasing office was even nice enough to show me a few studio apartments for rent when I ran into some personal financial issues. I'm looking forward to living here for many more years.
