Nathan was beyond exceptional in my entire process of obtaining my new apartment. Almost every time I called he answered, and when I needed assistance and provided swift and effective help regarding any matterI had throughout the process and communicated well. He was extremely patient and alleviated a lot of stress that I had, and I was really appreciative of his professional soft skills. I never had such a pleasant experience as a customer in any service being provided to me like I had with Nathan.
