I loved living at this place! Rachel was great! She was very responsive to anything I needed. They are pet friendly and my dogs loved living there. There is access to parks and trails. You are also walking distance from downtown. Maintenance was great and attentive.

We lived here nearly 3 years .it's located in a very good place, everything is walkable.near to Lafayette, Louisville and Boulder.maintinance is very quick and helpful.manager Rachel is wonderful and very helpful,Don helps for maintenance very helpful and friendly.we were like in our home ,we will miss this place .thank you CVA family.wish you guys all the best .
