Moved in to this place this week and I love it. Selecting an apartment is easy, and the staff work with you and take care of you on anything you need. Parking at night can be a pain but the cost of a covered spot is not too much.

Man hands down best place I’ve ever stayed. The staff helped me out took care of me and tended to the things upon request. Mrs Maria hands down helped me out big Time. She was nice and also consistent when she said she will give me a call back she did. She wasted no time with nothing! Definitely when I get settled in I’m buy you all Lunch. Most Definitely 1love
My brother has an apartment at the Hamptons & from what I have heard from him & witnessed with my own eyes, this is a very good place to reside at. The staff has always been very informative & friendly with the clients they come in contact with. The office gets busy at times but the staff stays calm & gets the clients taking care of in a timely manner. The grounds are clean & the maintenance crew does a great job at manicuring the property. The neighbors here are nice & respectable. The parking is a bit stressful but its like that just about anywhere in dallas these days. For a few extra dollors a month you can have your own personal covered parking & PROBLEM SOLVED. The apts are conveniently located at Midway/Frankford which has grocery stores, convenient stores, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, & a laundry mat at your disposal. Great place for first time renters. We highly recommend the Hamptons to anyone. 👍
I love Standford court!!!!!! This place is so amazing to the neighbors to the office . I recently moved in to the neighborhood and it took my breath away. The maintenance calls get helped and taken care of immediately! Amazing washer and dryer stack able is so convenient! Very quiet community! Parking is crazy but if you talk to the office problem solved as soon as you walk through the door. I love everything about my apartment is beautiful my personal slice of heaven. Everything here is perfect! Worth every penny! So dog friendly ! 🐶 they clean and keep up the look of Standford court through the whole place not just the front. !! My first and only choice! Standford court is walking to success and I'm walking with them! ❤❤❤❤ claps for the office at Standford court 👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌 very happy and current Resident!

I’ve been living here for about 1year 1/2 since the beginning Diana has been very helpful throught my whole stay and I am very thankful. Recently they have changed managers Karla has been nothing but nice and since the new changes the parking has improved tremendously I can actually have Guest over without them getting towed lol but overall best Apartments I lived at I will be renewing again, Can’t wait too see what they have instore for the future.

Our experience living at these apartments the last 2 years started out shaky, I'll be honest. The management, however, has always been very accommodating, kind and professional, and conditions have steadily improved ever since moving in. We moved in just after a round of renovations, so our apartment had all brand-new kitchen appliances and flooring, which was excellent. The staff has sent workers to make several other enhancements, some upon our request, like installing a fireplace mantel, upgrading the weather stripping on the doors, etc. I have also loved watching all the property-wide enhancements being made, like the renovated fitness center, upgraded pool and pool furniture, and most recently, a major facelift with a fresh coat of paint throughout the entire property exterior, giving it a much more modern look. It's a great property for the price - we've really had the opportunity to make our little apartment a home.
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Maintenance is quick, efficient , and thoroughly explains your problems and the solution. Good neighborhood and location. Apartment is decent. Reserved covered parking is a plus.

I have been a resident of these apartments for some years now, and up until this point I have tolerated the way it is run. After my experience today however, I am happy to have the managment and staff we do. The new company that has taken over the property is really trying to make this a better place to live and make sure their residents are happy and taken care of. The manager went out of his way to help me find a workable solution to my problem I was having, and openly discussed all the future plans and unfortunately uncontrollable shortcomings the property has. They are doing their best to work around these, and if you're looking for misrange apartments, I would recommend here.
