I have been living in Rivera Apartment for 7 years now and I love their service and there teams. They are so helpful and supportive people. My sister and I was awarded a scholarship that will help us in our education. I just what to say thank you to the Rivera’s teams for allowing us to participate in this program and actually winning the scholarship. I am beyond happy here. The property is clean and actually nice. You do not have to take out your trash, just set it outside Sun thru Thursday and a company picks it up. The AC works great , brand new carpet. The ladies working in the office are amazing. The maintenance man who came over yesterday was so sweet. He was quick and went above and beyond to fix a few minor things. The bus line is right outside the gate. It is a gated community and you have to have a code to get in. The pool is beautiful. It's a great place to be. Definitely recommend it to anyone.
