I recently toured the building and was impressed by the amenities and the kindness of both the staff and residents. However, what truly stood out was Gustavo's exceptional care and professionalism. He made us feel right at home and showed a level of familiarity while giving us the tour that made us believe this could be a great place to live. While we're still deciding whether to move here, Gustavo's outstanding service has made us seriously consider it. For us, having someone reliable and caring like Gustavo makes a significant difference. Thank you!

I’ve been living at Monarc for a little over 5 months now and I love it. My unit is amazing and I’ve never had an issues with missing packages or anything (knock on wood!). Also the front desks team is awesome, especially Layha. She always has a smile on her face and is not only warm and welcoming but super attentive and helpful anytime I need assistance with anything. I appreciate the team here and recommend the building!
