Isaac, the maintenance manager, is one of the best kenwood team members! Saved me and the apartment from flooding. I am glad Kenwood finally got a team member that is worth their weight in gold. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done to completion. Kenwood needs 10 more of him and this complex would be with out a doubt the best place to live!

My wife and I love this complex. Walking distance to so many wonderful spots on Riverside. The management staff is very attentive and quick to respond. They organize food trucks every Wednesday night and there are occasional events, even during the pandemic. We had a wonderful virtual wine tasting event, completely free to us. We’re happy to call this place home.
