Especially for a luxury building, I find this place to be an excellent value. Though you are by the police and fire station, you don't hear it (depending on what level you live on). It's extremely close to Target and Jewel, right on a great bus line, and 1 mile from the lake. Maintenance is really great--super nice and very prompt. The gym is also very well equipped for an apartment, definitely the best I saw during my apartment tours. The area doesn't have a ton going on immediately surrounding it, but you're within walking distance of a lot. Very dog friendly, too!
