I currently live here and love it. Honestly not a bad place to live at all. It is peaceful, no loud stuff at all hours of the night. It is a very family oriented place to live, the new ownership has really made vast improvements. Maintenance has been swift as well whenever needed/requested. Price is great as well.

The staff is always willing to help. The fixed my maintenance issues the very first time. Maintenance is the real deal. They are lead by Dede who is awesome. The kids really respect the maintenance team, because they always make them laugh, but keep them safe. The rent here is very reasonable for Nashville, come check it out!
