I never thought i could ever live in an apartment building.But events in my life forced me to move suddenly.Peak 10 management was the first to approve me because my credit isn't that great , the manager gave me a chance when no body else would .I've been here for almost a year and just signed a new lease for another year.I like the concrete slab floors which do not creek when your moving around and the apartment was very clean.The neighbors where I live are all friendly and quiet and everyone keeps to them self's pretty much . Its close to downtown and where i work.I enjoy living here

These upgrades are incredible! The penthouse looks great - our new gym is awesome, and the pool table/ping-pong table are just what we needed. Now I can host my own little gatherings.
