I love Carmel Terrace Apartments, I live in the community since 2015. I love the customer service they provide and always available for the residents. There are great from the manager to the service worker. I had request and the manager Ms. Olivia took care of it and she was following with me by email every few days just to make sure I got the service and that was so nice of her, she’s amazing. I really appreciate all of them specially Khadija, Nekai. Also, I would like to mention Juan and José the service worker. They are very polite and always do a great service. Thank you guys for all what you do for us.I highly recommend to live in this community.

Neki and the team at Carmel Terrace have made move in and living here such a breeze. From check-in, and move in to visitors and maintenance, I’ve never run into any issues and any problems were solved in a timely and professional manner! Thanks for making everything so simple!
