I have been here at 7 Seventy for a few years now and I can say, without a doubt, that it's a great place to live. From the location, amenities and style to the maintenance staff, 7 seventy has set the bar for my standard of living. I would gladly recommend 7 seventy to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

I’ve enjoyed living here at 7 Seventy! Getting ready to make 3 years in 2 days 🎉Beautiful facility with spacious apartments and a lovely balcony to match. Amenities are top tier and the pool area looks like a mini resort which I absolutely adore when I need a “ get away “ vibe without leaving. This picture doesn’t do justice! Staff are super helpful and respond in a timely manner. Maintenance as well. Super friendly and definitely go above and beyond to make sure the apartment is up to par. Very thankful to have been blessed with this opportunity to live here. Great location surrounded by several groceries stores, restaurants and shopping plazas. Easy access to Katy Fwy!
