We've been in Tennessee for only a month, but our experience with everyone in the office has been amazing! We only had a couple of weeks to find somewhere to live and came from South Georgia- and even through the snow storm they were able to move us when the original apartment would not be finished. I will say while the reno seems decent, there were shortcuts that are very visible. I am not picky so most things don't bother me. However, our new laminate (guess) in the kitchen has what is probably paint splatters all over it so it always looks dirty. If that's my only complaint though, I'm pretty happy!! We've had absolutely no issues so far, but me and my kids are hoping to explore the amenities soon!

The Retreat of Germantown apartment complex is beautiful, clean, and family friendly. Not to mention the entire complex Truly grateful and happy to be living here! The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and have always taken care of any issues I may have and always in a polite and nice manner. I have been happily living here for almost three years and proud to call home.
