Moved in this October and it's been a great experience. The sales office personnel have been great. Incredibly accommodating and responsive. The maintenance team is also very friendly. They have an online service request and package arrival notification system which is great! Very happy with my choice to move into Riverwatch.

I moved in back in 2020 when this wasn't owned by the same Management company, now Aion. Since they took over, the office staff, maintenance, and the public/common areas have all dramatically improved. The office and maintenance get back with you the same day and are all extremely friendly and helpful. With a great staff that take care of the property and an ideal location, I would highly recommend living here.
