We provide quiet, clean and professional environments to the professional or professional minded and courteous people. We take pride in providing clean homes with all amenities included for one price. Quiet location, clean atmosphere. Your rent price includes all utilities, internet/Wi-Fi, cable tv, a full-sized bed with linens, a closet, a smart TV, a dresser, and a lamp. Each bedroom and front door comes with personalized keypad pin lock. Bi-weekly cleaning for common areas. Everything you could possibly need such as dishes, vacuum, laundry, etc. Location on bus line; minutes away from grocery store, shopping area, uptown, and hospitals.Clean, quiet and respectful people only. Rooms are NOT for couples! Single occupancy ONLY. No pets or animals of any kind are allowed. EMPLOYMENT required to rent rooms.
