This two-story building is located on a quiet street in the San Marco area of Jacksonville. There are 9 one-bedroom apartments with a shared laundry facility. Off-street parking and parking lot in the back. Apartment is walking distance to the historic San Marco Square with great restaurants, galleries, shops. Perfectly situated five mins from Downtown Jacksonville, several hospitals, and 25 mins to the beach. Lease Terms + Charges:Minimum 680 credit score required. $50 application fee. 12-month lease unless otherwise noted. Short-term lease (3-11 months) are available for an additional $100/month. Water/sewer included in rent, tenants are responsible for electricity. $50/month for additional occupant or parking space. No pets without prior landlord approval before signing the lease, pet rent is $50 per pet, per month. Security deposit is same as rent and due at signing. The lease is not considered fully executed and tenants may not move in until the security deposit is paid in full.
