The Exchange was my first experience in apartment renting. Julia and Elisa had made this experience an enjoyable and seem less one! They answered all of my questions and were always available or called me back immediately if not. Very knowledgeable regarding the property and surrounding area. When moving in anything that needed immediate attention was taken care of immediately and Carlos (I think that is his name) the new maintenance man was also very helpful and said anything I needed to just reach out. Thanks again for an enjoyable experience!

I recently toured the Exchange at St. Augustine and their apartments and property are really beautiful. The amenities are wonderful! The resort style pool and waterfall area made feel like I was on vacation. The leasing consultants Maureen and Christian were very professional, knowledgeable. I highly recommend this complex!
