I just moved in September 23. It's a dream come true especially for a low income single retiree such as myself!! All the floor plans are very reasonably priced. I have a studio which is perfect,! 😄 The neighborhood is awesome and literally everything is within walking or an easy TriMet transit ride within 1-2 blocks. MAX is a hundred yards from the SW corner door. It is a vibrant area and I couldn't be happier.
