I lived here for 4 years and it was a great experience. It’s a lovely, safe and quiet block of wash park. The property managers John and Evelinne are amazing. Always super friendly, but also professional. They are always very attentive to the building and the flowers and plants they planted out front and on the top floor are so beautiful and well maintained. They are always looking at how they can improve the quality of life there. The apartments are renovated and I rarely ever had an issue with the appliances. When I did file a maintenance request, John was very fast and communicative and took care of it quickly. I highly recommend this apartment community!

I have lived here for almost 3 years now. The apartment itself is nice and has been well kept over the years. Maintenance is done as soon as requested and I have never waited longer than 36 hours for an order to be completed. John and Evelyn are kind and they make it a point to get to know all of the tenants at the building. So far I have had a really positive experience living here. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice neighborhood near wash park. The glass balconies are also a plus.
