It is a great way to experience the local art scene and connect with the community. Welcome home to Ethos on Polk! 12-month leases available with shorter term options at an additional rate. Residents set up and pay for electricity through SRP. Other utilities will be billed back with rent each month. Pets are welcome! Breed restrictions apply. $150 refundable pet deposit and $150 nonrefundable pet fee due at move in plus $30/month for each pet. Pet weight max is 30 lbs. To apply, $55 application fee and $150 hold fee to reserve home that will be applied towards the move in costs.
