There is a non-refundable one-time pet fee of $250 for 1 pet, and $400 for 2 pets, and monthly pet rent of $25 per month for 1 pet, and $40 per month for 2 pets. At Mainstay Rentals, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. That’s why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents. Our program handles air filter changes, credit building, rent rewards, on demand pest control, and more at a rate of $35/month, added to every property as a required program.
