I’ve been here for a year so far and I have decided to stay for another 12 months and get 1 a bedroom apartment. The maintenance team is one of the best I’ve seen and they are so quick with anything you need. The process to get setup was so simple and the front office helped with everything I needed to get the best possible option! I’d like to especially point out the lovely and amazing, Emily Williams, who hooked me up with exactly what I needed. She made the process so easy and stress free! I highly recommend this place if you want to be near Old Town but not TOO near Old Town if you know what I mean. lol

Living here has truly been the best experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. The girls from the leasing office are so responsive to calls/emails. Any questions or concerns are addressed same day, which is amazing. Additionally, the maintenance portal is easy to use and the team has consistently completed my requests within 24 hours. Great location. The building and its surroundings are clean and safe. Minimal to no noise heard from neighbors. Great amenities. Apartments are spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The literal ONLY downside is guest parking. Residents have assigned parking (1 spot) that’s very affordable. But guest parking spots are extremely hard to come by so this is something to consider if you like having guests. You'd have to park across the street by the police station if you don’t find a spot. Also pigeons… the pigeons are awful but after 1 complaint, the pigeons were trapped and displaced I assume? No issues after. Overall, extremely glad I decided to lease at Luxe.
