(RLNE1699221) This beautiful apartment resides in the CitySouth luxury apartment complex. It is close to the 101 and 92 freeways, a block from a grocery store and many restaurants. The one-bedroom apartment has in-unit washer and dryer, large fridge with ice machine, stainless steel appliances, a large closet, tiled bathroom and kitchen, carpet in living room and bedroom, and balcony overlooking greenery. We are the current residents, and are looking for someone to take over our lease from approximately Sept. 13 through the end of the lease, November 30. (At that point, you can renew the lease with City South or you can end the lease and leave.) The lowest current market rate for a 1 bedroom apartment at CitySouth is $2,774. Our floor plan is larger so the current market rate for this exact apartment is $2,956. But, because we signed our lease last year, the monthly rent is only $2,500 if you take over our lease.
