I've had a great experience at San Remo so far. The maintenance department responds promptly to work order requests. The premises are always well kept in working and clean fashion. Since new management have taken over The staff are always friendly, especially JanMarie She was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process when I had an issue with my unit and made sure it was fixed same day. Also anytime I have problems questions I can count on her to reach back out to me with answers in a couple hours to all of my questions. Keep up the great work!
