I lived here for 3 years, there are lot of issues and also there is no respect for the tenants The price might be little less than other apartments around, you should understand it’s because of other reasons I had water leak from roof into kitchen for days and they damaged carpet and wall and charged on me for those while leaving I have seen homeless in parking for days Elevators not working for months No actions even after 3 cars where’s vandalized Irrational policies if you want to change apartment with in Definitely not an option, please keep out of this
