I love living at Kingsbury Plaza. Everyone is so nice. My apartment is perfect for me and my pup. I especially love talking with Michael at the front desk. He is awesome and really enjoys people. The location is excellent. Fulton Market District is a quick walk and tons of restaurants and other trendy shops. And by the way the rents are reasonable and you've got yourself a real winner for downtown Chicago living. Sandi B.

I've been a Kingsbury resident for six months and moved across the country having never seen the apartment in person. The leasing and move-in process was super smooth thanks to the leasing managers and lobby team. Management keeps the building and amenities clean and living here has been a great experience!
