The kitchen is mostly reclaimed 1940's, it has the old saloon door, cedar wrapped closets, ironing board built in, coved ceilings, and more. There is a spacious living room, a separate dining room and kitchen, a nice updated full bath, and decent sized bedroom with a closet. There are several pantry and closet storage spaces as well. The kitchen is good sized plenty or cabinets and storage. There is a shared laundry downstairs and the landlord takes care of all the utilities except power. The unit has a refrigerator, a range, and an AC unit that goes with and stays with the unit. Pets are a case by case situation and I charge pet rent instead of a pet deposit. |
