This spacious unit is leasing for $1200 per month, with a $600 Security deposit (with rental history or a 650 credit score). Unit features a large living room, washer & dryer connections, central AC & Heat, carpet in bedrooms only, plenty of kitchen cabinet space, front porch, a built in microwave, and much more. Lawn maintenance is included for this unit, tenant will be responsible for all utilities. We are a pet friendly community, breed & weight restrictions apply. Fees: * A $40 non-refundable application fee will be due upon applying (per application over the age of 18) * A $75 non-refundable admin fee will be due upon applying (this is a one time fee) *Security deposit $600 (with rental history or 650 credit score or up to $1200 if first time renter) will be due 24hrs after application has been approved. Pet policy: - Non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be due upon pet approval or move in date. - Non aggressive breeds only. - Cannot exceed more than 35lbs. - All pet documents must be submitted at the time applying. - $25 monthly pet rent per pet - 2 pets max per unit. Qualifications to meet: 1- No felonies or evictions. 2- Cannot owe a previous landlord 3- Must have at least a 9 month job history with verifiable income 4- Must make 3X rent amount ($3600 or higher to qualify) *Please make sure that you read all the qualifications, pet policy, fees, and that you have contacted the leasing office and viewed the unit before you submit your application. All application fees & admin. fees are non-refundable. In the case a co-signer is needed, please contact the leasing office first before applying to make sure that they meet all the qualifications.
