Hands down the best apartments I have ever lived in. They are clean, and very homely. Maintenance is very quick to respond, and our office staff is amazing. There are usually monthly events for the residents, and the community really turns out! There is a very spacious fitness center with a tanning salon, though I of course don't use it. The pool is always clean and refreshing too. The location is perfect - it's nestled away from the bustle of Tyler, but not too far from the University of Texas at Tyler. The surrounding neighborhood and university are full of good areas to run/jog/walk/bike, and of course Walmart and Broadway are not too far. We've lived here for 3 months, and are enjoying every aspect of our residency here. Thanks, Shelby, Karina, and BH! :D

As a mother of college students, I have experienced a few apartment ventures. Cedar Trails has been the best experience yet. This community is a treasure and I have been pleased with location, facility, office staff and maintenance. The application was straight forward and the staff is professional. They treat their tenants like family which makes this moma feel better.
