I had a very good experience staying at the Ashton from August 2021 to July 2022. Tamika the property manager was a Godsend for me. I moved to the Tyler area and visited 8 other apartment complexes, finally ending on the Ashton. Tamika made everything oh so smooth and treated me so well. As for the room, it was clean and did not smell and met all of my needs. I also felt quite safe and secure at the complex. I would recommend giving this place a try!

The manager is absolutely amazing and so is her entire team! From maintenance supervisor to leasing! Such a great & quiet property to live if you are in the market for a new apartment ! :)
