I lived here for a year and a half now and I’ve had no maintenance issues up until a week ago when bees decided to make the side of my town house their new home in within a weeks time our maintenance manager had someone out here to fix the problem he’s always super nice very helpful and on top of it the town houses are fairly priced and very nice to live in !!!!!

After deciding to move back to the Pittsburgh area several months ago, my son and I contacted several complexes in the Monroeville area for availability and layout. Ultimately, Colony East Townhomes in Plum checked off most of our wish list and after speaking with Property Manager Ed and Leasing Consultant Taylore, we submitted our application. So glad we did. They were friendly, thorough and easy to work with which made the whole process smooth, quick and an overall positive experience. Upon arrival, we signed the lease, did a walk-through with Taylore and started to unload the truck. We were pleasantly surprised that the townhouse was in such great shape. Very impressive. We have had a couple minor items that needed attention and those requests were handled promptly by Ed. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional and followed up a few days later. Compared to other complexes we've lived in the past 15 years, these guys are kind, understanding and fun to talk with. So far, we love Colony East, most of the neighbors, the gorgeous trees and woods, and yes, even the weather. (Ask me again in January..lol) Most people constantly complain about trivial things in their life. I choose to compliment and recognize instead.
