I have lived at Westwind Apartments since June of 2019. I must start with any review prior to 2021 needs to be vetted. There is NEW Ownership and the changes are visible, instant, and impactful. The staff is communicative and respectful. I am constantly provided updates through text and email. The pool is open, they are building a gym, and the parking issue is better with the new ownership with plans to make more parking available. The apartments are roomy, and it is nice during the winter to have a fireplace. Anytime I have had an issue the onsite handyman has been nothing but professional and was able to resolve any issue I have had within 24 hours. I have two children who love the pool and skateboard, ride bikes around the complex and have had many friends to play with during the summer. I am looking forward to the increased upgrades from balconies to the outdoor game and lounge area. Westwind for the price and upgrades is a gem that I would not let pass up. I will continue to live here and enjoy the upgrades as they come. Jimmy

Our lease at Chloe on Cirby has been absolutely phenomenal. The units are very nicely remodeled, and modern. They're also in the process of redoing the landscaping so the apartments will look even better in the coming months. The appliances, heating and air work great. The open layout and ample natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are top-notch. Dorena and the management team were very responsive to any concerns, which is rare these days. The location is very convenient as its nearby to i-80. Living at Chloe on Cirby was a great experience, and we'd definitely recommend.
