Rancho Encanto is located in the heart of Central Tucson, just one block south of Speedway and two blocks east of Country Club at 3301 E. 2nd St. Our community is within walking distance to Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, Walgreens, many restaurants, the Loft Cinemas, and numerous other stores. For outdoor activities and pet walks, Himmel Park and Reid Park are close by. Inside, our spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments have a well-designed layout, tile floors throughout, large closets, and a full-size, newly renovated bathroom. • Newer Porcelain Flooring • Newer Lighting Packages • Newer Plumbing Fixtures • Newer Appliances • Newer Window Coverings • Newer Doors Throughout • Newer Designer Tile Work Kitchen & Baths Water, hot water, sewer, and trash is a flat $65/month plus $10/month for each additional occupant. The application Fee is $55 per adult, and there is a $150 non-refundable admin fee, $200 refundable security deposit. Residents are also required to setup gas and electric. I Don't live here but shop at Whole Foods alot and recently this man who hangs out in his white truck makes his way to harass me and I've seen him harass others too. I sat in my car before I left one time and he literally knocked on my window and asked what my business was doing here....it's a parking lot for WHOLE FOODS. why else? He is either mentally unwell and threatening about it or he is on meth. Or both. Wish the landlord would address this problem.
