The Park Monroe is a fantastic place to live, incredibly well managed, and has a top-notch maintenance team. This is easily the best place I've lived as a renter--and it's not event close. I would highly recommend the Park Monroe to anyone looking for a great location, exceptional value, and excellent management with no drama.

Loved living at Park Monroe! Location is perfect by the bus stop, two blocks from the metro, and a block from Mt. P. Quick maintenance and very responsive leasing office! Concierge is 24/7 and very nice.
