Located in the South of Fifth neighborhood, also known as SoFi, this apartment is in an extremely safe, historic neighborhood with a Walk Score of 97 and a Bike Score of 87. You'll find daily errands, nightlife, cafes, and dining within walking distance. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown Miami and Biscayne Blvd, and just a block away from Washington Avenue. Most activities are within walking distance, and there are bike shops a block away if you want to rent a bicycle. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the apartment, and a fine will be assessed if the no smoking rules are not observed. Guests are asked to be respectful of their neighboring guests and keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and at a minimum after 10 PM.
