Blood stains and makeup stains are very difficult to remove from the linen and towels, so we kindly ask not to use it for makeup or anything else that cause permanent stains that requires replacement. Damaged linen and towels will be charged back to the guest because we can't reuse it and it becomes too expensive to replace after each guest. |
