The guest is responsible for taking all their belongings and putting together all the used towels and bed sheets in one place. Trash and any leftovers in the fridge/oven can be organized by the kitchen trash can, and an extra cleaning fee will be charged for any excessive cleaning that requires paying a 2nd cleaner to get the unit turned over for the next guest. Blood stains and makeup stains are very difficult to remove from the linen and towels, so we kindly ask not to use it for makeup or anything else that cause permanent stains that requires replacement. Damaged linen and towels will be charged back to the guest because we can't reuse it and it becomes too expensive to replace after each guest.
