Feel at home in this newly renovated and furnished 1-bedroom basement apartment, Unit #4, located at 1240 N York St. This 525 sqft apartment has direct access from the front patio. This apartment features a comfy queen bed and linens, and a stocked kitchen. While there is no dishwasher, there is a large sink with a drying rack. You can also enjoy the communal back deck, grill, outdoor dining table, and fenced-in backyard. A Smart TV is included, so you can use your own streaming service. All utilities, parking, and internet are included. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. This centrally located apartment is 3 blocks to Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, and 4 blocks to City Park. It's a 5-minute drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods and King Soopers, and 5 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District. Downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi are just 12 minutes away, and Red Rocks is 30 minutes away. Ski resorts are a 1 hour and 30-minute drive. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (7 minutes), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (20 minutes). This apartment is dog friendly, but has a strict no cats policy. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping, and violation of this policy will result in damage fees. Please be mindful of the noise coming from your unit due to pets, music, and children as to not cause a disturbance. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property. Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise violations. Includes a work from home workspace in the den.
