I toured these apartments a couple of weeks ago and I LOVED Erin Montez, the assistant property manager. She called me ahead of time and helped me know where to park and where to find the door to the leasing office and was so friendly that I had nothing but confidence going into the tour. She was easy to talk to and made sure to include my dog in our talks about options and even mentioned him by name in her follow-up email. The little things like that really make a difference! The renovated shared spaces are so nice as well. I ultimately went with another place but Erin's bright and professional manner has stuck with me and I'd recommend her care to anyone who wants to live near Shockoe!
