Qualifications for Residency: To qualify for residency, you will need a monthly household income of at least three times the rent, a credit score of 600 or higher, and must pass a background check. Any prior evictions or landlord claims may disqualify you. Additionally, residents are required to set up mail services with USPS. Service fees are applicable and subject to change by USPS. We will provide three keys to each apartment and the location of the parcel box for your convenience. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at North Pointe Villas, with breed restrictions.
