Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the living room and kitchen are shared. In the kitchen and refrigerator, each roommate has designated, labeled cabinets to keep everything organized. The condo also includes in-unit laundry with a full-size washer and dryer. The room includes a full-size IKEA bed, a desk with a chair, and a walk-in closet. The unit is well-maintained with neutral decor. Internet is included, there is no water bill, and I subsidize up to $50 per room for electricity—tenants only cover any excess. The condominium offers a pool and a small community gym. The apartment is shared with professional roommates. I manage the property directly, so communication is clear and any maintenance issues are handled promptly. Students must provide a co-signer; working professionals should submit their last three pay stubs.
