The kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and backyard is shared between all tenents. Dogs and Cats are welcome. They must be house trained to stay inside. If not we have a backyard for them. $50 extra for a your first pet, $100 for the 2nd pet and more. Smoking is allowed but it has to be 10 feet from the house on all sides.
