Hi! Looking for a roommate, the apt. is a share. I have a beautiful room available in my duplex apt. it is a free standing home there is a wrap around garden with 5 trees surrounding the house. Has incredible natural light! Apartment features high ceilings, wide plank pine floors, decorative mantels, lots of old world charm. 1 1/2 bathrooms, full bathroom on main floor and half bathroom upstairs where the bedrooms are. The bedrooms do not share any walls which is great for privacy. Driveway parking available for extra $100 per month Close to downtown JC Light rail is 5 minute walk Path is 20 minute walk Liberty state park is 10 minute walk I am looking for someone who is dependable and respectful. This is a very special house and i want the person who shares it with me to also feel the same way. We have a great Landlord and neighbors. I am looking for someone to move in immediately but this can be negotiated depending on the person. The apt is furnished, the bedroom available has a dresser and a mini fridge. Has its own closet. Ideal for someone who wants to grab a suitcase and move in. There is a air mattress i can lend till you buy a bed. deposit is $1275 rent is $900 No smoking allowed
