Credit/Miscellaneous: • Applicants must have no liens or garnishments, except for child support or alimony. • Applicants must have no accounts in collection, except medical bills, unless they provide proof of payoff or an active payment plan. • Applicants must be able to move in within 14 days of approval. • Applicants must complete the application fully and truthfully. • Applicants must be able to verify all criteria listed above. • Applicants must either have no pets or, if they own a pet, provide proof of license, tags, vaccinations, references, and insurance.
