Garage is a 1 car garage that is insulated. Washer and dryer are in the garage and there are plenty of storage spots and a work bench. Two cars can fit in the drive way and there is plenty of street parking as well. The back yard is fenced and quite large, with a patio and good privacy. The original shed can be used for equipment storage too. Renter is responsible for yard maintenance, or can pay landlord to have it completed. Renter also responsible for snow removal. This area is higher elevation than other areas so street does not flood. Two pets max and will be considered in case by case basis. $200 pet deposit per pet (non refundable), and $50 a month extra per month for pet rent. One year lease. Must carry renters insurance. Deposit (refundable) equal to rent. Lease to start 15SEP (some potential for earlier in SEP). Rent due the first of the month. Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in our on the property whatsoever. Absolutely no drugs. Tenant responsible for electricity, gas, internet, city utilities, yard maintenance, and snow removal. If you would like to pay extra and I pay utilities we can arrange that, too. Pets allow on a case by case basis with required fee. Background check will be required. Serious interest only, please.
