About 949 Livingston Ave
Looking for a roommate to move in on March 1, 2014 for one year. The room is spacious and the apartment has a large kitchen, a huge backyard with a compost bin, and a driveway. The landlord lives in the apartment downstairs and is very skilled in solving any problems within the apartment. The neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is right past the New Brunswick city line. About me: I am a woman who is originally from the D.C. area but did my undergraduate and graduate studies in NY. After living in Brooklyn for awhile, I’m spending 11months in New Brunswick to work. I will be moving out on August 1, 2014, but I am more than happy to do the legwork to find my replacement. I am very clean, quiet as a mouse, and very respectful. I am looking for someone who is respectful, mature, communicative and willing to do their fair share of cleaning. A graduate student or a working adult is preferable. This is not a space for a party animal, a person who is looking to have a significant other spend the night regularly, or for someone who does drugs or drinks heavily. It is more of a space for a mature student or someone who works and desires a quiet, safe space to live. $500/month and 1.5 months security deposit and references required. Wireless internet, heat, AC, gas, washer and dryer are included. In the winter, all of the bills have been around $50-$80. In the summer, the bills are closer to $30-$40.
