I had an amazing experience with Brian Johnston during my stay at Avalon Princeton Circle, NJ. After securing a job opportunity in Princeton, NJ, I moved to Avalon Princeton Circle in November 2023. From the very beginning—searching for an apartment close to work—Brian made the entire process seamless and memorable. He was incredibly responsive to my emails, patiently addressing all my questions about the apartment, leasing options, and any other concerns. His friendly and understanding approach gave me the confidence to rent a one-bedroom apartment without a physical tour or visiting the community beforehand. When I arrived on my first day, Brian’s team gave me a warm welcome and helped me settle in by showing me around. I truly appreciate Brian and his wonderful team for their outstanding support and guidance throughout this process. Throughout my stay at Avalon Princeton Circle, Brian has been instrumental in ensuring everything went smoothly. Any request I had was promptly addressed, and his professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to the community truly stood out. Brian’s support made living here such a positive experience that I was inspired to extend my lease on a month-to-month basis for some time. The welcoming community and excellent facilities made Princeton feel like home. Coming from Boston, this was my first time in New Jersey, and my transition couldn’t have been better—thanks to Brian. I will truly miss this place!

We appreciate the quick response of the maintenance staff, especially to Dalvin Abreu Paulin, Joshua Cook, and David Schleppy. We submitted eight requests on the app a few days ago, such as a clogged sink and a cracked door, and although it was a holiday season the maintenance staff came the next morning to fix the issues which helped us a lot. They also politely responded to our request to take off their shoes at the entrance, and were very friendly with our children. We really appreciate it.
