I am currently in the process of moving into one of these gorgeous brand new apartments. Brian Johnston and team at Avalon Princeton on Harrison have been nothing short of exceptional! They have been there every step of the way to insure you receive nothing but the best throughout the entire process. I am so grateful for the consistent help, professionalism and kindness Brian has given.
The apartments are stunning as well as the amenities. This building is located right in the heart of Princeton Shopping center. The perk of being able to walk out of your apartment and being steps away from multiple eateries, botiques, fitness and spa business’ as well as a grocery store is superb! As well as being so close to the beautiful downtown Princeton. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to Princeton to check Avalon Princeton on Harrison. The gorgeous property, the prime location, and the AMAZING team are all top-notch!!!

We’ve been touring multiple places in the area and by far the Avalon properties have been the best we’ve seen. They are maintained very well and feel more trustworthy of a place to rent from. This property hasnt even been opened yet and I was told specifically that the only appointment time they could do was 2pm. Drove a half hour to be there for 2pm and the office was closed. By 2:40pm, still no office personnel. At the prices this property is charging, and during a lease up, this is extremely unprofessional and now, a potential resident lost
