Completely private home with two bedrooms and 1 ½ bathrooms. There is porch with rocking chairs and space for plants in the summer, a front yard with grass, and a backyard. One garage parking space included and there is free street parking. The kitchen and bedroom have hardwood floors. There is are two cozy bedrooms with a large jack-and-jill bathroom, a living room and family room with carpet, and a large kitchen. The kitchen has a stove -top and oven, refrigerator and microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, tableware, and plenty of cabinet space. There is a porch out front overseeing the yard and a French door leading to the backyard. During the summer months there is a large community pool. The location is centrally located, and the neighborhood is safe to walk around with the highland canal in walking distance. There is public transportation several blocks away. Rent includes highspeed internet and all utilities. There is a washer and dryer available in the garage. The basement is rented out to a traveling nurse- however, they have their own private and separated out space. I would like to initially meet the perspective tenant over the phone and then in person or via Zoom. Tennant must complete a background check through Key Lock or through Avail CO Realtor com The perspective tenant's credit should be in good standing with no evictions and should make 2-3 times the rent amount. This is a shorter-term rental (2-12 months). The unit is pet free. This is best for someone who is looking for a quiet place and past the party scene and who will be respectful.
